New Foundation Development Assistant

At the December Tea at Terrace Hill, Steve Person became the new Terrace Hill Foundation Development Assistant. Steve is no stranger to Terrace Hill. He facilitated former First Lady Christie Vilsacks literacy initiative, Iowa Stories 2000, for nearly five years and had an office at Terrace Hill. A former English and history teacher, Steve was born and raised in Des Moines. He graduated from Roosevelt High School, Grand View College and Drake University. In addition to his work at the Terrace Hill Foundation, Steve is a tour guide at the Iowa Capitol. The best of both worlds, as he likes to say.
