Have you ever been confused about what piece of flatware to use when setting a table or dining at an elegant soiree? Perhaps youd like to hear anecdotes about the four first families who have lived at Terrace Hill. Or maybe youd like to add to your collection of Victorian-style dolls.
These are just some of the programs offered for the monthly Teas at Terrace Hill for 2009. For just $32, guests can take tea with Iowa’s First Lady, browse through historic Terrace Hill, and enjoy an educational and entertaining program that completes the tea experience at this National Historic Landmark.
The monthly teas began on March 23, followed by teas on April 20, May 18, June 15, July 20, August 17, September 21, October 19, November 16, and December 14 and 15.
