Rent Terrace Hill for a special gathering

Terrace Hill is available for rent by any corporation, foundation or organization throughout the year. The historic site makes an impressive venue for a board meeting, dinner or special reception. Also, during the summer months, the grounds can serve as a beautiful spot for a garden party.

Of course, one of the busiest times to rent the facility is during the months of November and December, with more than 10 different events taking place this past holiday season. One of the events in December was a sit-down dinner for 50 people; the group was so pleased that officials have already made reservations for 2005.

Terrace Hill benefits in many ways when the business community and leaders host an event. It brings more people to Terrace Hill, it heightens the appreciation of our states history and architectural heritage, and it provides much-needed financial resources.

Because of insurance and other policy considerations, Terrace Hill is not available to individuals. The cost to rent Terrace Hill varies, depending on group size, equipment needs and length of the event. For information on the rental policy and rates, call Beth Wright at 515-281-7205.
