New exhibits in the Carriage House

Through October, you can step back in time and view political ribbons, buttons, posters and books owned by the men who served as governor of the state of Iowa since 1846 and as territorial governor prior to that. Personal items such as service plates and top hats are also part of the display.

In November and December, a collection of rare Victorian dolls will welcome visitors. The Terrace Hill Carriage House is open 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Tuesdays through Saturdays, through December. There is no charge to visit the Carriage House.
